Management Team:

John T. Cotton - Founder & CEO

John has served the financial services industry since 1974 as entrepreneur, CMO of a $70 million financial services company, founded IntegratedQSG in 1999 and BankBIZOnline, an internet-based educational resource, in July of 2007. Under his vision and direction, IntegratedQSG has served over 155 community banks in 19 states by enhancing employee performance and increasing shareholder value. Over 300 other community banks have benefited from the firms consulting services. John has been a faculty member for the Alabama Banker's School, is a frequent guest speaker for bank conferences and conventions and has been published in a variety of banking publications. He is a graduate of High Point University in North Carolina.

Lisa McDaniel - Senior Vice President

Lisa has 20 years experience in the banking industry with an $80 billion bank. Lisa's experience in Operations, Programming and Training afforded her the opportunity to excel in developing and delivering training across the company in areas from front-line customer service and supervisory training to back-office computer skills and procedures development. She also served as a college instructor for five years and was consistently one of the highest ranked faculty members. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Montevallo, AL and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development.
